Patrick Brensinger has built a career focused on creating purpose-driven organizations through servant leadership, scalable business frameworks, and operating rhythms that foster sustainable growth. His journey began at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), where he gained invaluable experience in fraud and forensic practice. One of his most notable roles was serving as a Wrongful Death Adjudicator for the 9/11 Victim Compensation Fund, where he had the honor of working closely with the families of fallen firefighters. Patrick later continued his work in the Washington Federal Practice.
After PwC, Patrick joined the management consulting firm Alvarez & Marsal, where he helped launch the Dallas office. This role led him to join one of his clients, Associa, where he served for 12 years in various leadership positions, including Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer, President, and on the Board Directors. During his time on the senior leadership team Associa experienced 10X growth, becoming the largest residential property management firm in the world, while doubling its EBITDA margin.
All of these experiences have reaffirmed Patrick’s commitment to leaving every place—and more importantly, the people—better through his stewardship. His leadership is rooted in making a meaningful, lasting impact on every venture he undertakes.
Patrick is a Certified Value Growth Advisor (CVGA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE). He received his Masters in Management Information Systems and BBA in Accounting from Texas A&M University.
